Natasa has wide experience in the banking with a focus on Innovation, digital transformation, and data science.
Throughout her career, she led CRM, data science, and innovation teams. She worked on implementations of large-scale projects and digital transformation initiatives.
In her current position, Chief Innovation Officer, Natasa is responsible for planning and implementing internal and external innovation capabilities, digital transformation strategies and adoption of modern technologies and processes so that the organization is ready to innovate and implement innovations.
Nataša is a creator of OTP Connect, a program that is fueling the development of startup and fintech ecosystems in Serbia.
She enjoys sharing her experience so she participates in many programs as a mentor/advisor and works closely with many startups and innovative companies on various innovative projects.
