Milena has over 20 years of international experience in risk management. She started her career in Raiffeisen Group in Serbia in 2003. She has joined UniCredit group in Serbia in 2012 and over the years was covering different positions: Chief Risk Officer in UniCredit Leasing, Director of Corporate Special Credit Department and Head of Compliance and AML Department. In September 2019 she was appointed as a Member of the Management Board and Chief Risk Officer of UniCredit Bank Serbia, while since July 2023 she is a Member of the Management Board and Chief Risk Officer of UniCredit Bulbank Bulgaria . She also holds the positions of Member of the Supervisory Board at UniCredit Bank Slovenia, UniCredit Consumer Finance and Leasing in Bulgaria.
